We love to go mushroom hunting in the spring for morels and Oyster mushrooms (Wasatch Moutains) and in the fall for Boletus Edilus, Aspen Boletes,and Honey mushrooms (Uinta Mountains). We look forward to collecting and consuming these gourmet delights each year!
